I had made a verbal agreement with Mark Lombardo to paint my house. Every time I asked a question about materials or procedure he insisted that he would only do it his way and would became angry. JHe said I "...didn't trust" him. The day his crew of two came to pressure wash the house he wanted 50% before work could begin. He had led me to believe the crew would bring a contract to sign but when I called him he said his quote written on an ad was a "contract". The quote did NOT have his signature. Against my better judgement I wrote a check but suddenly his crew got a call from him, picked up their equipment and left with no explanation. After a few hours I called him. Repeated calls (3) in the next few hours FINALLY got a call from him. He said he didn't want to do my house because I had too many questions about his procedure. (Very unprofessional of him to not tell me this at the time he recalled his crew.) We both agreed he was terminated from the job. I felt relief to get away from a contractor who would not sign a contract and who was insistent it was his way or the highway!

Lombardo painting painted the outside of my house 2 months ago and the inside this week. Both jobs were amazing. The painters came on time. Did everything perfectly and left no mess . I would highly recommend this company!
