LAZY!!! When we originally set up their weekly service we dealt with the father but we haven't seen him in over a year. The son (who's always on his phone) & partner are here & gone in less than 10 minutes...I've timed them. They rarely go in the backyard but when they do they blow stuff around & do not pick anything up. We have a bush that's been dying for months & they've done nothing. When they blow the front yard they blow everything back on the lawn after mowing. When I just cancelled their services Andres didn't care.
