My wife Sheryl and I have been active Realtors for over 39 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential sales
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was looking to buy my first home, and a friend of mine who worked in real estate convinced me that I should give it a try.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Sheryl and I work in a partnership. Sheryl specializes in finding property for clients, including brand-new homes and resales. Having been a 50+ year resident of Las Vegas, she has strong expertise in the history of neighborhoods, the city itself, and the quality of the various home builders that service Clark County. I have worked extensively in listing properties throughout the valley and have a strong knowledge of neighborhoods and home values. I have also worked as a Broker/Manager for one of the larger offices in Las Vegas. We strive to build lasting relationships with all our clients. Over 65% of our business is referred to us by clients we have assisted in buying and selling; that is a testament to our service. We're not in it for one transaction; rather, we want to create a lasting relationship with our valued clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently work out of the Summerlin office at 1735 Village Center Circle at ERA Brokers Consolidated.

Our office is in the same complex as the Summerlin library at 1735 Village Center Circle. From Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Dr- go north on Town Center- right on Village Center-left on Golf Center, and then first right and follow down to our office on the left.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by the Walter family and the CEO is Neil Walter.
What are your hours of operation?
8:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Weekends are by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment a customer or client can give to us is to have enough confidence and trust in our abilities, knowledge, and skills as to refer us as Realtors their own friends, colleagues, and family that have a real estate need and to keep coming back to us for future assistance.
